Hi, I hope this isn't a stupid question and that someone may be able to answer it for me.

After an unsuccessful cycle using CB dual hormone opk I managed to get a better result this cycle. I had a low fertility smiley followed by a high smiley then a peak fertility smiley on cd 19.

It obviously then stayed solid for 48 hours and you're advised to stop testing for that cycle.

My question is: I know the peak is a window of the highest fertility, but when do you start counting 1dpo?

One app says I'm 14dpo and the other days 12dpo?

Any thoughts much appreciated

I counted the day of my peak as before ov, the next day as ov and the following day as 1dpo. Got my bfp on a clear blue exactly 2 weeks after the day I counted as ovulation day.

Congrats! That makes sense. So for me I guess that means cd19 was day0, cd20 was 1dpo and I'm now cd32 so 12dpo rather than 14 which one of my apps is saying. Crossing everything!
