help with charting!!

I'm new to charting and have to do it for 30 days before my next appointment. My temp is all over the place, is it supposed to be high before period? Help>

all over the place may mean you have not ovulated. A classic chart should have a low phase in the middle around ovulation, then a rise to a higher phase in the second half after ovulation.
