Yes me, have a look at my thread .
Though I hasten to add I don't feel pg any more . AF isn't due till end of month so we'll see.

Yes - with DS2 I felt that ovulation twinge you sometimes get (there's a proper name for it), realised I was probably conceiving as we'd had sex a few hours earlier, and by the next day I felt pregnant - sore boobs, a bit nauseous, tired etc. I always thought that it had all been in my head though - I felt pregnant because I was expecting to feel pregnant, if you see what I mean.

boringiknow · 16/01/2007 21:03

have been pg before but just feel a bit tenderin the tit department!!!

Yep, every time (though not boobs for me - nothing quite so tangible!). That's four times now I've been right!

IdrisTheDragon · 16/01/2007 21:04

With both DS and DD I "knew" as soon as the deed had been done. But not actually any physical symptoms.

Yup, I knew almost immediately. No sore boobs but felt 'odd' every time. Did end up with quite severe hyperemesis though.

bananaloaf · 16/01/2007 21:07

yes with both ds knew and tested post. long before af was due. with ds1 looked in mirror and lost what waist i had within days of the conception.ds2 felt sick within days and off alcholol

wannaBeWhateverIWannaBe · 16/01/2007 21:07

sore boobs are a common simptom of impending af. boobs can be more painful if you have a higher progesterone level that month which is why boobs can be more painful some months than others.

pregnancy simptoms are caused by hcg levels rising, and hcg is not produced until the embrio implants which doesn't happen until 7-10 days after fertilisation so any simptoms felt before that are something else.

wombat2 · 16/01/2007 21:08

Yes v sore tender boobs only a few days later with dd2.

boringiknow · 16/01/2007 21:18

With the DS's I knew straight away both times

DD not a clue! More of a er, don't you think it's been ages since I last had a period?

Mistymoo · 16/01/2007 21:30

yes - with ds I was started being sick within in 1 or 2 days of falling pregnant. It carried on for months - pleasant!

redshoes · 16/01/2007 21:36

Yes, started feeling sick before it showed up on tester kit

plummymummy · 17/01/2007 11:10

Yes I felt sensations deep down, the uterus I assume. Also with ds I felt strange sensations in my abdomen like I'd being doing sit ups.

mistlethrush · 17/01/2007 17:15

I totally went off the taste of red wine very early on (ie week directly after), although I still liked the smell all the way through pregnancy (didn't like the taste though)

sweetkitty · 17/01/2007 17:19

Had an inkling after the deed was done both times strange as we had been ttc for months before we said we would have a break for Christmas and calm down a bit.

Wonder how it works though as both were DDs so I presume I would have conceived a few days after BD????????

(SK goes off to wonder...............)

MarsLady · 17/01/2007 17:27

yup!

jersey · 17/01/2007 18:36

Yes with DS2 got a pos preg test the week after I could have conceived and a week before I was due on. Tested because I knew I was preg!

Catbabymummy · 18/01/2007 14:57

Butterflies in tummy and vomiting a week before af due....
