16 DPO negative tests ... Hope?

I'm just looking for some hope really - pathetic as I am!

Not been on contraception since I had my lb who is now 14 months (but BF for 6). Had an MC at 8 weeks in Feb.

The last two months I've been SMEP and OPK-ing and this month I was certain I was pg so have been testing since 12dpo and getting bfn. I'm now 17dpo and still bfn. I know it's been asked a million times, but did anyone get a bfn this late on and go on to get BFP?

One of the tests I desperately thought I saw a shadow WELL after the time.

Am I ridiculous?!

You aren't ridiculous. Just desperate - I'm completely the same. I mc'd in January at 13 weeks and I've had no luck. I'm desperate and the tww is all consuming. Really hope you get that bfp soon.

Oh whats that must have been awful. My LO stopped growing at 5/6 weeks which in a way made things a bit more bearable at the time but now I'm jsut sick of not being pregnant. I hope you get your little rainbow soon xx
