Acupuncture

Hi All,

Pleaae can anyone advise if they think acupuncture is worth it when TTC naturally ? I've just completed cycle #1 and it's a BFN. I'm 40 and DH41. And considering acupuncture as heard it's helping with fertility.

I'm not sure that it does anything medically but I did find the sessions almost like counselling.

If you've only been ttc for one month you might want to relax a bit. It's normal for it to take a few months. Take folic acid, shag regularly and try not to think about it too much until you get to 6 months ttc.

Thanks chick, just been made redundant which was unexpected and it caused me a great deal of stress. Also moved from Iraq back to the UK. Trying to relax about it all but finding it hard. Thought I'd try acupuncture
