why is my period 4 days late?

I'm always 26 days. Currently on 31 days.

I poas last night and it was a bfn

I've only dtd once this month on CD8.

I don't know why I'm posting on this board but wasn't sure where else to put it

I absolutely do not want to be pregnant

But I had a negative pregnancy test when I was pregnant with DD and period was 2 weeks late.

Did you ovulate late?

I have no idea when I ovulate

I did another test, and it's still negative

I have what feels like period pains this morning though so fingers crossed!! Just very unusual for me

Don't panic, you might just have ovulated late for whatever reason, which will mean your period will be late. Totally normal and doesn't automatically mean you're pregnant.

Six days late now

Very annoyed as this will mean I'm prob on my period while on holiday next month!!

Very nearly seven days late. My boobs are sore and still no period. I also slept badly last night. I'm starting to get paranoid...

A lot of factors can delay a period - stress is a biggy. The more you stress, the more she can be late, which causes more stress and is a vicious circle. You are quite late for it not to show on a pregnancy test, so you probably aren't pregnant. It might be worth a trip to the GP in a few days....
