I know it is only very early, but today I've been having short, sharp pains one side near my pelvis. Has anyone else had this or know what it might be?

Nothing, blastocyst wouldn't have implanted yet. Give it ten days and test.

Been doing a lot of reading about implantation and apparently it can happen as early as 3 days po though it is normally 6-12 days so who knows, hate this 2ww driving myself crazy researching every little twinge lol. Good luck Rebs

I've been having pains all day as well and I'm 4dpo. I would describe mine as dull aching though, but bad enough for me to contemplate taking a painkiller (decided to toughen up and ride it out)!

Was hoping that I could avoid poas obsessively this month, but it looks like I'll fail! I'm symptom-spotting so much and this pain is making everything even worse.
