Hi me and my fiancé have been trying for a baby for 6 months I've been taking folic acid but still no luck. I'm just getting a bit worried that I won't ever have children I guess i just need some advice to speed things up a little thank you x

If you want to do everything you can do you should both take conception vitamins, not just folic acid (that doesn't HELP you get pregnant, it just helps prevent abnormalities in the egg/foetus), track your cycle by checking cervical fluid, taking OPKs, and tracking basal body temperature to confirm ovulation with a temp rise the day after ovulation. Then, during your fertile week DTD as much as possible. Any of these things in isolation will also help, you don't need to do it all. Or you could google SMEP and follow that step by step.
