No period and pink spotting?

I am on cycle day 49!! I usually have cycles anywhere between 31-37 days long. I've done a couple of HPTs but they've been negative.

Sorry for tmi but for the last few days, I've been getting a bit of pink spotting when I wipe, I thought It was my period on its way- but it hasn't arrived. I've also got tender breasts and a bit of an upset stomach.

What's going on here?

I got pink spitting when I was due in with both dd's one I got it a few days after. Fx this is a bfp for you X
