Am I ovulating

Hi, I'm a newbie. Had my merina out a few weeks ago so that we can TTC.

I have been tracking my basal temp, bleeding etc and over the past week I've been doing ovulation tests every day. They have been a definite negative up to yesterday where the line was slightly darker than usual, but still not the very dark colour of the control line.

This morning's test was even darker, but still not as dark as the control line.

I have no idea if these should be seen as positive tests! Any advice welcomed.

Hi there! A positive test is one where the test line is either darker or as dark as the control line. Sounds like you are gearing up to ovulate though so keep testing and you should see a true positive soon!

Should also add that if you don't get a positive don't fret. It can take quite a while after you come off contraception.

I know they are more expensive but I would also buy a pack of ClearBlue digi ones, even if you save them to use as a "verifier" when you get a darker line. The smiley face is far easier to see then your eyes playing tricks on you and it can confirm whether you are seeing things or not!
