help please confusing results

so am 3 days late, bfn on 14dop retested at 17dpo got a faint line (maybe). So obviously I got over excited and ripped the thing apart (you know cos thats what normal people do... ) to make sure it wasnt just liquid underneath the plastic. anyway line has vanished. I apologise for the neurotic behaviour me and dh have been ttc for 3 years and i haven't even told him because he would be devastated if i got his hopes up only for it to not be .
can you ladies have a nose and give me some opinions please

Well that looks like a positive to me. My first line was very difficult to detect when the test dried (partly why you're supposed to bin them I guess. I noticed the control line also fades a lot when they are dry.

How soon after doing the test did you pull it apart?

underrugsswept, ripped apart within about 15 minutes once my hands had stopped shaking and after I got the pic :D

Will be testing again in the morning, very restless night ahead.

Have you tested today? That one looks positive but maybe try a first response of SuperDrug early for a clearer line. X
