I've woken up to a stinking cold. Sore throat, headache feeling rubbish. Still having some cramps but boobs not sore any more.

summer I'm sure you'll be fine. I'm going to have a glass tonight and I'm testing tomorrow. I'll stop drinking when there is enough hcg around to make a BFP.

Congratulations on becoming British physics, do you mean getting citizenship? What's your other nationality?

Well, we've done what we can! Roll on TWW! Nips very sensitive. Have never noticed this before. Never had specific ov symptoms at all, except ewcm...

I am American, but lived in the UK for about 15 years... so my entire adult life and a bit beyond!

I had sensitive nips at ov time. I wonder if it's a thing.

I'm away for the weekend and I've packed a clear blue to do tomorrow morning. I'm a little bit excited now but I don't want to get my hopes up. No other symptoms except headache and show throat from my child.

Hope everyone else is enjoying the weekend. We have been admiring my friend's new car.my car is a fiesta and won't fit three car seats in the back so I have been trying to figure it how to afford a new car, maternity leave and drop a few hours when go back to work. So far I think I'll either need to win the lottery or remortgage the house. Fingers crossed for the lottery.

Tmi-Had pink creamy mucus only once when I went to the toilet this afternoon. So.. Is it AF showing her face? Is it ovulation spotting? or implantation spotting? Getting really annoyed now :( I've written a list for the gyne appt on thurs.

Nim- I get totally freaked out trying to work out car situation too and money but I guess we will just have to make it work. Scary though.. But worth it.

Oh crap - and now I'm coming down with cystitis!!! Oh bugger. Trust me to get it! Not sure what is safe and what isn't... I get it (reasonably) often (about once or twice a year) so already have antibiotics... Am only 1 dpo....???? AH. Safe? Not?

And now boobs really sore - that has never happened. Far too early for symptoms, but why am I falling apart??

First ever positive OPK!! My app was spot on, said I would start ovulating today so DTD tonight

Footprints1 we can just keep our fingers crossed! I had some cd today and when out in Ovia it said early signs of pregnancy! I'm not being hopeful! We will see! Keep your chin up girl!! Xxx

Racja I would see if that line gets darker as that isn't positive to me yet. Sorry don't mean to burst the bubble... It is probably on the way up so keep checking to see if you can find your peak. The line needs to be as darker or darker than the control line. If I am reading it right and the control line is the darkest one??

Footprints ... You're body is a whirlwind isn't it! I'm looking forward to seeing what the gyno says ... And hope its implantation spotting for you

Physicskate I would say they are safe to be honest as you're probably not pregnant yet... Some people don't know they're pregnant until 2 months so carry on as normal without any problem.

Nimisha looking forward to the result tomorrow.

Why does the cycle take one month .... Its so long. Sick of waiting now!!

Racja, I agree with Radders, that's technically a negative. Either you've had the LH surge and it's on the way back down, or its yet to get darker. Try another test tomorrow to see which way it's going... either way still well worth while DTD tonight as ovulation looks imminent!! (Remember even when the opk is positive/LH peak, it's still a further 12-76 hours before actual ovulation) GOOD LUCK! xx

Thanks all I'll test again tomorrow, according to my app the peak will be Tuesday so I'll keep an eye on it!

Physics can you try and flush it out with lots of water?

I've had 5 pints in the last two hours plus paracetamol. Will give it a go!

Sod it - probably won't catch this month anyway. Took the antibiotic. No way I could make it to Tuesday to get the pregnancy safe ones! Way too much pain and discomfort already. Won't sleep much tonight I suspect.

DH just made me some warm milk. I think he blames himself.... all the dtd and all!

Physic - most antibiotics for Cystitis are safe in early pregnancy. I read up on it as I too thought I was getting it. The salty sachets are also safe.
I took two cranberry tablets every 4hrs, and drank a whole carton of cranberry juice in a day with lots of water and thankfully flushed it out within 2days. I also read that getting it doesn't effect conceiving so don't worry X

Racja- test tomorrow too. Yes could be starting very soon.

Think the witch has got me Brown blood this morning when I wiped. No cramping yet. Been in a hell of a mood this last few days though and headache so expect it's her alright. Gutted.

It would be a short time between Ov and period unless I didn't ovulate at all. Must do an OPK today.
