Feel for you physics, can't be a good position to be in. Not fair on you.
Not long for you coming up to ovulation then.

Bit embarrassing but I really am feeling super horny, I'm convinced it's the maca or Angus castus!!

Summerblush1982 · 21/05/2016 23:50

Mimi and everyone else, I'm back!!! Had a busy week away with work!!! I'm now approaching fertile window so let's see how that goes!!! I'm still here!!! You won't get rid of me that easily!!! :-) xxx

Summerblush1982 · 21/05/2016 23:52

Plus, got the flu, wanted to Dtd last night but was exhausted and flu came on in full force!!! :-( I haven't lost the opportunity just yet!! Going to go for it this cycle!! Xxx

CD2
Morning all,
So AF got me, rather awkwardly, during the hen do last night!
Feeling ok, keeping positive. Ovia says fertile window is only 9 days away, so nothing really... Going to try and do a bit of running this week and encourage DH to aswell.
Also going to try and focus on his diet a bit, which has been neglected a lot lately. Then got a wedding to look forward to next weekend and a bank holiday.
Sumner sorry to hear you're poorly, hope you feel better soon
Radders/Jem I continue to trail behind you by a day. My new test date will be 18th June.
Footprints that cider sounds yum! I'm sure it's not menopause, just a random cycle that got a bit stuck. Looking forward to hearing how you get on next Friday x

Hello everyone, day 3 today.

Footprints - I've heard a few people talk about that book. Maybe I'll give it a go ... Was also thinking about getting some acupuncture done. We can compare notes if we try it out Smile

Good luck to the fertile week ladies, hope you enjoy lots of good stress free DTD and your ohs are fully on board.

Sorry AF got you tee, I hope the three of us cycle buddies are staring at bfps in a month xx

Tactics this month are epo again once AF has cleared off, folic acid and vitamin D. Going to keep swimming and concentrating on healthy eating, drinking less and avoiding stress as much as possible. I'm doing my mindful app daily and if I feel stressed at work I'm going to give myself a time out to walk away and do a breathing exercise. I really feel like stress has been playing a part in all this. I've also got DH started on vitamin c tablets with zinc!

Come on cycle 6...

Footprints1 · 22/05/2016 18:17

CD51Star

No AF, no pos opk, temp still up 36.49 this morn. Nothing much happening this end Hmm

Jem- yes let's compare notes on acupuncture. My DH won't take any supplements - so I might have to crush them up in his dinner maybe! Wink

Tee- sorry about AF Sadwe are all in this together so we have each other to lean on. Flowers hope a good next cycle for u.

Summer- sorry u are unwell. Load up on vit c
And hope u feel better soon. You are so close to fw!

Hope everyone else alright.

Typically DH seems up for it and I'm not sure when is good now, so just going with it.

Yes list of to do this week is acupuncture session, have Physio, and osteopath and the scan booked in so a busy productive week. Got shopping today of kiwi, pineapple, Brazil nuts, lots of green leafy things and protein. Pulling out all the stops.. So I'm hoping something will come of it. I do feel a bit drained as feel I can't do anymore. Apart from relax maybe! Smile wish I could click my fingers and ovaries start working properly. Can't get assistance on Nhs as already have children. Only way I got a scan and gynae appt was because I get cramps on the same side continuously and AF has taken a vacation! Can't remember who was talking about it before about not getting help on Nhs if have children already, but think u can get around it.

Tee4me · 22/05/2016 21:40

Jem I've got a similar strategy to you! Main priorities are keeping stress low, trying to get outside lots and being active. Been doing the Headspace app too. DH on the vit C & zinc. Going to try and DTD 2-3 days throughout the month and not stress too much about FW.
Footprints so typical of DH!! Mine got all frisky last week too when fertility had dropped through the floor!!

CD1!!!!!! StarFinally!

Probably the only person on this thread to welcome AF this month. I only wish it was all your AF's so you could get BFPs

So temp dropped to 36.10 (lowest yet) and AF is full flow. The worst bleeding I've ever seen so think I have two cycles worth. Have cramps, headache, backache, sore boobs the works. Hoping the bleed settles before Friday's scan.

So at least now I can continue to a new (hopefully shorter cycle). Thumbs up to Angus Castus , Maca and vit b complex - hopefully they have settled the hormones a bit and brought this on.

Tee- good approach. Looks like we are all quite focussed this cycle to look after ourselves and our minds so fingers crossed we will get a good outcome.

Footprints1 · 23/05/2016 07:48

Looking back on my chart.. The highest temp was 16days ago and really think was the date I ovulated at last. I had watery cm and EWCM but thought it was still there from the attempt before. Typically we didn't dtd at all as was just 4 days after when ovulation was attempted before. So I did miss it completely! I had a suspicion; because was my highest temp jump. Oh well lesson learned.. Will need to opk every day after cd10 now just incase. The opk cheapies are not expensive so will stock up this month.

SuchaJem · 23/05/2016 08:04

Hurrah! Glad you've got clarity now footprints. That makes sense re ovulation - opks will defo be your friend. Hope she's gone before Friday and your scan.

Day 4 today for me, period pain has subsided, I'm sleeping better and have packed my swimmers for a dip in the outdoor this evening. Have a good day all Smile

Nimisha · 23/05/2016 09:29

Hooray for AF footprints!
CD 22 8dpo for me.

Going in holiday today! Did my last temp and it's still high. Not taking the thermometer with me. Last few cycles I've been spotting from 9dpo so I might know if I'm out soon. I've packed loads of Tampax and some pregnancy tests.

Symptoms wise I've still got a sore boob (the left one), felt a little bit nauseated this morning and have had a few cramps.

I was at a christening yesterday which was lovely. Getting broody now.

I've got the headspace app which I think I'd good, I've got out of the habit of doing it now, I was quite good for a while.

Hi summer, how you feel better soon.

Hi everyone else Grin

Jodders · 23/05/2016 10:53

Morning Ladies!

Star CD 23 (9/10 days PO)

YEY Footprints!!!!! So happy for you!!!

Seems everyone else is going to take a more relaxed approach. I think this can only be a positive thing.

Symptoms for me: well I have been tired the last two days, and felt nauseous on and off but that could be because I'm busy and watching what I eat. I have tender nipples on and off (but I had this last month so the boobs mean nothing to me)
And my cramps are on and off too. More off the the few days.
I don't FEEL pregnant at this moment in time. I think AF will show at the weekend. I'm going away this weekend so I think I will try to put this all to the back of my mind and wait for the witches arrival. If she hasn't arrived by Monday then I might test. I think I would prefer to see my period than a BFN on a test which is what I am expecting to get.

Tee4me · 23/05/2016 11:16

Yay Footprints!! A fresh start, plus hopefully AF will be gone in time for your appointment on Friday?
Jodders I'm getting excited for you, have a really good feeling about you ever since you ovulated!
I just know there will be a flurry of BFPs in June!

Tee4me · 23/05/2016 11:17

Hope you have a wonderful holiday Nimi!!

OP posts:
Jodders · 23/05/2016 13:43

Awww thanks tee! I hope you are right but I don't think this is my month. If it isn't at least I have holidays to look forward too. And also ironically if it's not my month and I caught next month edd would be my birthday! I already have a march child too who was also due on my birthday.

Jodders · 23/05/2016 17:32

Who here checks their temp? What would your baseline be? I think I'm going to track mine next month. I checked it yesterday and today and it is 36.7 and I don't think that's particularly high.

physicskate · 23/05/2016 17:57

Hi Jodders,

I have tracked the last two cycles - coverline about 36.3. Anything above 37 is classed as a fever. The highest I have had (not fever) in the last two months of tracking was 36.8. My lowest temps go down to about 35.95... I love tracking it really fascinates me!!

CD 10 - starting to get lots of CM (must be the EPO!). Not expecting ov for some days yet... time to get those swimmers warmed up! Though we did dtd cd 7.... so I guess keep them warmed up??

Glad to hear that AF finally made an appearance footprints - that must have been so annoying!

Just heard my sister got a HUGE raise, and she went part time. It really bummed me out. While I am happy for her, I feel like my job is a dead end and not getting me anywhere (emotionally, financially etc...). Plus I have a bit of a virus so I'm absolutely knackered and a bit emotional. Or maybe I am just a massive narcissist!

Tee4me · 23/05/2016 17:58

Jodders that would be a high reading for me! Will double check my charts when I'm home for rough coverline and post/pre AF readings, but I know off the top of my head that would be a good sign to me that progesterone is still surging (if conception hasn't occurred, progesterone starts to leave the body and temps start to drop off). I've had months where the drop was only observed the day before AF and another month where there were 3 mornings of drops, so it is late on in LP...

OP posts:
Jodders · 23/05/2016 18:42

Ummmmm this is interesting isn't it. I have checked my temp before (to check if thermometer is working when boys had fever) and i actually recall it being 36.4 but I thought a rise would be much higher than this if that makes sense.
My hubby today has remarked that I'm noticeably tireder than usual. And really weirdly at dinner my 3 year old started talking about wanting a baby!!! A sister!

Nimisha · 23/05/2016 19:21

I check my temps.my coverline is around. 36.5. Post ov around 36.7 My temps go way up when I have any alcohol or have a lie in, to over 37. My temps stay high until a couple of days into AF.They have last few cycles anyway.

Jodders · 23/05/2016 19:58

Is it normal for them to drop back to cover line if you aren't PG? And when would you expect the drop?

Jodders · 23/05/2016 19:59

Just checked again and it's 36.8. I'm thinking I will start go track in mornings

Footprints1 · 23/05/2016 20:01

Jodders- my coverline was 36.25, lowest temp was 36.10, and highest 36.70. So you are way up in the high which is a very good sign Grin. You may see a dip for implantation. Mine didn't drop until 9dpo went from 36.70 to 36.40 then slowly up and down by .1 then a massive drop when AF arrived to 36.10.

Hope that helps x

Footprints1 · 23/05/2016 20:04

Yes on some sample charts I've seen it can dip to coverline but should go back up

Footprints1 · 23/05/2016 20:11

This is a sample chart on fertility friend who got aBFP, obviously everyone's temps and charts vary but shows a dip to coverline.
