A lovely gradual build up of lines! I love peestick science!

Have told family and close friends now - they have all been shocked but delighted. It's strange but it I feel like the pressure's on a bit now - can't get my head around why. Oh well, am sure I'll feel calmer soon enough.

Weddingbelle13 · 22/04/2016 23:02

Watching all these bpf hoping it will be me soon just been bd'ing non stop how are you x

Imps9 · 23/04/2016 06:13

Did you have any more investigations into whether or not you're ovulating Belle? And are you on Clomid now? Hope you haven't had anymore MCs.

It will be you one day soon lovely, it will. Never ever give up. Stick around for some hand-holding from some lovely ladies who have been there and know exactly what it's like.

Weddingbelle13 · 23/04/2016 06:45

Yes ive had one other, im on progesterone pessaries from bfp now however this month ive started them from opk surge and put myself on a baby aspirin per day see if that does anything x

Imps9 · 23/04/2016 07:04

Balls to another MC Belle. Progesterone and aspirin will deffo help. As will being on the Brooking thread.

Trix what testing news this morning?

BeedlesPineNeedles · 23/04/2016 07:12

imps that's great news, my age-related downs risk is somewhere between 1:70 and 1:90 so I think I'll be pleased if we don't end up being high-risk. Bit scared but we'll find out on Thursday. Glad you've told some people that you're diffed, hopefully the stressed feeling will go soon.

keep great that you heard the heartbeat

geek I love your peestick experiments

belle if it doesn't work this month (and of course it will!) Perhaps you could try progesterone from about 7dpo. I think loopy had that suggested to her.

Weddingbelle13 · 23/04/2016 07:24

Thanks all :-) ive just done an ic possible faint line im so unsure due to all these evap / indent stories af not due until Thursday and ive been having dark brown tmi! Spotting when I wipe for two days I hope im not just on one of those wtf cycles lol

Imps9 · 23/04/2016 07:28

Any chance of posting a photo Belle?

OP posts:
Weddingbelle13 · 23/04/2016 07:52

When I look at it sometimes I can see something sometimes I can't - probable line eyes, anyway fanny bullets in and aspirin and folic acid gubbed so everything crossed , af not due until thur so I really should wait until nearer then to poas but I can't help myself lol

We are jolly well going to get and stay diffed this month and we are BROOKING NO ARGUMENT.
keepitgoing · 23/04/2016 08:01

imps that's fab! My downs risk about 1:600, others same as you.

Hiya belle brooking for a sticky one

Imps9 · 23/04/2016 08:01

Oh my god what a disaster - the nurse doing my cannulation just now was absolutely rubbish - ended up with blood going absolutely everywhere which made me really sick and close to fainting! Feel better now but thank god I didn't get her the first time otherwise I might not have come back for anymore.

OP posts:
Pastamancer · 23/04/2016 11:11

I'm no good with needles Imps and had to be given gas and air to put my cannula in for my inductions so that would have had me in a right state. I refused to have the Downs test too as it involved a blood test and if it had come back as high risk then that means amniocentisis (or however you spell it) which has a chance of mc and there was no way I could handle that

Imps9 · 23/04/2016 11:13

I am not the best with needles although am much better these days - good job really! It was feeling warm liquid flowing down my arm which tipped me over the edge.

FFS the other nurse just came in, took one look at my drip, and ran over to me saying "bloody hell that is going through far too fast". It's already nearly done. Where the hell did they find this one careless nurse? Confused

OP posts:
cartoontrickster · 23/04/2016 15:42

Sorry no testing news, I only had a digi left and didn't want to risk it, maybe tomorrow.
We've been out with my parents and are back at there's so haven't had a chance to restock!
Was that your last drip imps?

Glad mw went well keep!

Imps9 · 23/04/2016 16:10

Yes, it was my last drip Trix. Am finished with all medication now!

OP posts:
Weddingbelle13 · 23/04/2016 16:34

Hey imps that sounds awful poor you x

ControlGeek · 23/04/2016 16:45

Belle men would think veeeery differently if they were the ones experiencing all of this for themselves! Keep testing, I'm brooking for a nicely strengthening line over the next few days.

Imps oh my lordy! That sounds like an experience and a half - hopefully they will put that nurse back onto cannulating oranges for a while or something (if there's any such word!) Well done on coming to the end of your meds, you are now just a normal preggo Grin So pleased your telling people went well.

pasta that all sounds horribly stressful, I'm glad they were able to give you the gas and air.

Had a total lack of ms today and some pink/brown spotting so I managed to convince myself it was all over as I do at least 500,000 times a day Went to Boots to get a digi - the first one I've bought this cycle - and it came back 3+ with afternoon wee. I'm 6 weeks today but I was so convinced it would say 2-3 or something even scarier. So to make up for trix's lack of subsequent testing (why are you not carrying at least three sticks with you at all times?!) I'm posting a picture of my little 3+ :)

We are jolly well going to get and stay diffed this month and we are BROOKING NO ARGUMENT.
Weddingbelle13 · 23/04/2016 17:03

Yay that's a lovely picture - wishing you all the best x

BeedlesPineNeedles · 23/04/2016 17:50

Excellent 3+ geek sorry about the spotting, its just terrifying isn't it?

imps hope you've recovered from that nurse!

trix looking firward to a peestick tomorrow - don't forget the photo, you don't want to get on the wrong side of an angry preggo!
