loopy all the hand holding you need here, my lovely. It's less than a week to your scan, which in ttc terms is approximately 80 lifetimes. Just take it moment by moment, and allow yourself those panics but remember there really and truly is nothing you can do to jinx this, no matter how much your brain tells you otherwise.
imps I've been using the grey Morrisons home delivery carriers because of the lack of holes and nice opacity. My bin liners are almost see-through and I couldn't bear to risk seeing the vom! As of today, however, I am the proud owner of 25 genuine honest to goodness airline quality sick bags
I've got three folded up in my handbag, a few stashed in my car door and I'll leave a few at work. Not only is it nice to feel 'properly' pregnant, but the sickness leaves me feeling fine in between bouts, which is a huge improvement on the all day nausea I'd been having.
keep Is it your 20 week scan? Gosh that's come round so quickly! Can't wait to see your scan pic! Good luck with your back consultant, I hope all goes well with both appointments. My bloat seems to mostly be water now, not so much farting going on any more, but I have also put on 2.5lb with the steroids/intralipids, so some of it it probably fat too.
Morning belle!
My 9-10 week NHS reassurance scan is this morning, 9am. Got a nice heartbeat on the doppler again last night, so reasonably confident the scan will be ok. If it is, I'll be telling my direct reports at work at this afternoon's team meeting - eek
