Missed period, negative pregnancy test... so so worried

I've got a one year old, am still breastfeeding him, and my periods returned about five months ago. They've been very regular, every 28-30 days, until now. Suddenly my period is two weeks' late (which it never is). I've done two pregnancy tests (although it would be VERY weird if was pregnant as always used condoms); both have come back negative. Now I'm petrified something's wrong... Was hoping to start trying for another baby in a month or two.. What if I'm infertile or something suddenly? Where has my period gone?! I've not been breastfeeding more than before, I've not changed lifestyle.. I'm under a bit of stress but not substantially more than normal.. So scared.. Anyone been in this situation?

I do not think you should be scared - breast feeding sends hormones a bit wild.

There are times in our lives where we all have anovulatory cycles which lead to either late or totally missed periods due to the lack of hormone spike caused by egg release. Drs won't see it as a problem until you've missed at least 2 complete cycles an, even then, you may find them reluctant to investigate other than a blood test and a watch and wait attitude.
