Seven seas trying for a baby

Hi everyone me and my partner have decided to try for a baby.
I brought seven seas trying for a baby today and im due on within the next couple of days but im not sure when i should start taking them.
Any advice would be great thank you

I would start today if I was you. They're just vitamins, and it's good to get the folic acid going before you start trying.

Ideally you start the folic acid/ prenatals a couple of months before ttc.
