Hi- I thought I might add to this thread. We have been ttc for 18 months (Iam 24 and my dh is 28- both healthy) I have had a previous ectopic losing a tube (3 years ago- unplanned)- after 12 months of trying I had heard about Agnus Castus which is a herb from a castus plant- widely available- however I used it for one cycle, got pregnant but miscarried after 5 weeks. I can not say the supplement made this happen but I also can't say it didn't so I would stay away from supplements except folic acid. Try Myra West's book it gives you really good lifestyle changes that could help and also certain foods to supplement your diet- good luck

I took pregnacare prenatal vitamins for 8 months whilst TTC. I also took a "mums to be" formulation of omega 3 & 9 from day of period up until ovulation in November and December.(I read on MN that it apparently helps to thin the cervical mucus). I'm wondering if they helped me to conceive that month. I had an ectopic at new year and am so worried about having another one that when we can TTC again in April I'm not going to take anything other than the folic acid and just eat a healthy balanced diet and see what happens.

Hi there a good friend of mine (who TTC for many years and does have 2 DSs now) swears by The Natural Health Practice Fertility Plus supplements by Marilyn Glenville (think I have remembered the name correctly!) - for women AND men They can be ordered online.

My DH and I have been taking them for 3 months now but no BFP yet so can't give a a full " WOW - they work -100% !!" referral but I do think there is something to be said for both partners to take a supplement - Although trying to get DH to remember to take them is a task in itself! However they are expensive (isn't everything!)
