Evening Primrose Oil?

Just wondering if anyone has any opinions on using Evening Primrose Oil capsules to increase cm during ovulation? Five months trying so willing to try anything!

My cm was pretty much non existent last cocker so I gave evening primrose oil capsules a go this cycle. I only took one a day as they are quite expensive! I had a lot new watery cm and the tiniest bit of Ewcm (which I was stupidly happy about) 😊 I think it helped and im now in tww! If I get a bfn I might take two capsules a day next cycle 😊
