So AF got me this afternoon!! Trying not to get down in the dumps (although I just watched 'one born every minute' on catch-up and sobbed!)
Dusting myself off and hoping for better luck in April! A few stats:
Age-33
TTC-5th cycle
DC-1 DS (3.5 years old)
Anyone else at the start of their cycle and trying something new in the hope of a more successful month?!

Footprints - no explanation at all for what you're going through. Lots of hugs.
Does it look like period blood though? Is it still going??

Jod creamy is a pregnancy sign so that's strange! I had the largest amount today at CD26 but it doesn't show in my knickers still. Do you think those tests you did were indents rather than lines? Were they definitely pink?

Suchjem sorry to hear You're feeling down. Only you know if you have the financial means for a baby and I'm sure would only do it if you can!
I definitely don't think you shouldn't tt because you're renting.
I lived in London before and it's extortionate!! We do own our own house. He's owns one and I own the one we live in but we are not in London! Can't wait for you to do a test though :) sounds like me crying all the time last week. Felt loads better at work today.

Thanks for all the support re the renting situation. I got myself into such a state over it, I think I'm exhausted from the move and we didn't really sleep last night, I've just cried and cried. Hopefully got it all out now and can pull myself together!

I am getting impatient to test now. Only got cheapies at home still, keep meaning to buy a decent test. Will try and pick one up tomorrow!

I am an emotional disaster zone. I am like a fountain of overflowing tears! The slightest thing sets me off. I got into work and wept at my desk this morning! God if this pregnancy I really hope the crying phase doesn't last!

I think I can see pink on those? I have done any more FRER's as I'm afraid I will break down with the disappointment.

It looks slight pink to me. I would try another FRER if I was you but that's just me. Least you would know once and for all. If they showed bit of pink there they should be stronger now. Your symptoms do seem to point to it.

I'm feeling good thank you. Still not sunk in! I well up when I think about the fact I've got a little bean inside me.
We have booked early scan which is 11th may although going to change it to Friday 13th... I'm not superstitious!
I rang doctors this morning and they said they book people in to see midwife at 8 weeks so that's 24th May

I'm definitely realising on this thread how different and wild all our bodies are!

I think a part of me wants to stay in blissful ignorance. I sort of don't want to know too early when I am preggers as i stress so much during pregnancy and The 40 weeks drags by. I'm taking my folic acid and I'm not drinking. I don't smoke so it wouldn't be bad not knowing too early.

Jod have you had any bleeding at all since the test?

Nope! The only sign of any "blood" was on 2nd-4th April when I had brown discharge when I wiped. The only time I had discharge like that was when I was PG with my Kids and it was implantation BUT if it was that then I would def be getting a positive test by now.

The spotting has turned into ugly AF I am sure. Tmi but 4 tampons full today, and cramps this afternoon. I'd better not bleed in two weeks time now otherwise i might go crazy. Yes going to try see gp this week. Gutted fed upand annoyed

JemI'm using internet cheapy OPKs, got a slightly darker one today, loads of ewcm and I've stopped spotting so I might be back in the game! planning lots of dtd the next few days if DH is up for it.

Sucha I'm sorry to hear you're going through a tough time with housing! I really see no fault won't TTC while renting. I wouldn't put that aspect of my life on hold for anything! We're all here to help, hopefully you're feeling better!

Phew, thought you were all going to laugh at me.

Sucha, try not to be down. We know plenty of people renting in and out the city. Most have children. They don't find it an issue. As PP have said, a child just needs to be loved.

Symptoms wise I have beensuoer teary / emotional and tired. I did think this might be down to two mammoth work trips but when I showed DH the test he said 'ahhh, that explains why you have been acting so crazy'.

Jod, I can definitely see pink lines. Have you tried a digital test? I will do one later this week.

Aww footprints - so sorry to hear but hopefully it means your cycles may get a little shorter going forward. Probably just getting back to normal. A doctors trip may help though just to put your mind st ease.

Jod I really don't know what to say. It's confusing. I really hope you get a BFP soon and things become clearer.

AF would've been due tomorrow so anxious to get through this week now with no bleeding.

Oh footprints! I'm sure you're terribly confused 😥 hopefully the doctor will have some sort of explanation! I can see how you'd be disheartened though, strange that OPKs are positive! Are you recently off the pill? Have you done a pg test?
Ah radders if you had waited to test tomorrow do you think you would have suspected? Any dead give aways for us to look out for?? Same for you NewHair?

The only symptom I have is thick creamy mucus which only properly kicked in yesterday
I've had mild cramps but would take that as AF coming.

I'm in a panic because I've done asda and morrisons tests this morning, they are the same test btw, and there's like no line coming up. There is after a bit a very faint one but not within 3 minutes. So OH has gone to supermarket to get some FRER.
The stress doesn't stop once you've conceived ... You just keep thinking please stick. It's actually quite heart wrenching. Just waiting now

I'm sure the FRER will put both of you at ease! Those other tests are for after AF aren't they? Try not to panic too much!

I was just going to say that he sounds lovely 😊 how sensitive are the super market ones? I think there was a lady on another thread who was about 6 weeks pg or more and was posting the difference between own brands and FRER at that stage! I think I might buy a box of them! I've been rushing to the loo as soon as I wake up so I'm not tempted to test early with my ICs 🙈
