when me and my dh are ttc is it better that his sperm are new as in he did his thing the day before or that they have been about for a few day or does it not matter if that makes sense

i think sperm are replenished fairly frequently, so you are not going to only have old and knackered sperm hanging around...

i donlt think he needs to 'offload' before you try to conceive...if that is what you mean

That is funny, "did his thing" I had to have mine STOP doing his thing for a few days because if the sperm count is low, you want him to not ejac for a few days it takes 3 days for them to mature is what the gyno told me, but if it's more than 5 days, they aren't good quality, so I would say he shouldn't unload for at least 2-3 days, then they are mature and more able to do the work of traveling and fertilizing.
