Painful Sex during Fertile Window

I normally get a peak ovulation test (no highs) normally on cd 13-15. This month on cd 17, I had watery cm and my cervix felt really soft. FF and Ovia told me to get at it..but I was in so much pain. During and afterwards, we used preseed so it wasn't dry. It was just aching. Has anyone else had this? And does it mean I was ovulating?

I get achy pains when I'm ovulating. It makes sex a little uncomfortable.

I get the same pains when I'm ovulating as well, it makes sex very uncomfortable me. For me it's like a deep period pain.

It's in my lower abdomen, and then around my foo fooit's comforting to know I'm not the only one
