Good book on IVF?

A friend of mine is about to start IVF and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good book on it? The hospital seems to be giving her just one bit of information at a time and she would like to have a better understanding of the whole process. Thanks for any suggestions.

The Zita West one is brilliant. A good mixture of facutal together with the emotional side of things.
I found it a real help

There is a big section about assisted conception, IUI, IVF etc

"The IVF Revolution" by Dr Robert Winston.

this is also very good
It has all the detail about treatments and also gives details of every clinic in the UK.
