Well I am late, and I am so hoping I am pregnant. I am going to leave it a few more days until I get myself off to the docs and get tested. I have period like pains though, and my boobs are not feeling any different then normal : (
However, the last time I was convinced I was pregnant I had all the signs [boobs hurting, insomnia etc etc], yet I came on a few days later.

This time though, my hair is thinning and I have read on another topic this could be a sign of pregnancy. So fingers, eyes and legs crossed for me please.

hi goodluck, hope you get a positive, just a thought could you not just buy a home test, as they are suppose to be as acurate.

No home tests for me, am not sure where to buy them from. I will just have to wait and see!! I checked that period calculator website, and although I used it before last year when I had a scare, it told me I was late. But I came on a few days later : (
But I did it again this morning, and it tells me I should have a had a period on the 29th December!! so please god....

Thanks Carol, If I was living in the UK I would buy every test under the sun, but I live in China, where tests are few and far between. To be honest I have no idea where to buy one from here, so have to make do with waiting and seeing if anything shows!

My period has just arrived. I feel like an idiot writing on here hopeing I would be pregnant. Lesson learnt I guess. Next time, I will leave it for at least two weeks before airing my hopes!

Sorry af has arrived but don't feel like an idiot we have all done this at some point.

I am in the same position as you i am now on day 44 of my 35 - 40 day cycle and don't decide whether to buy a test or not.

FWIW both times I have been pregnant while TTC in past few months I have been completely convinced I wasn't. Nagging doubt both times but telling myself not to be so stupid. The times when I have been fairly certain I was pregnant have been the times when AF have arrived. Good luck over the next couple of months.

PS - might be worth a look on ebay to see if you could get tests sent out there? They are quite cheap and not always the most reliable but still maybe better than nothing!
