Hello!

Well my willpower died and i have purchased a bottle (1 months supply) of Ovulex. I read the whole load on how wonderful it is etc but looked it up on a medical review site and it has been classed as "highly recommended" by doctors!

Reckons it gives u 85% more chance of getting pg!

Im sure i've prob been sucked in but hey, worth a shot!

What does it do to help you conceive?

rahrah1 · 04/01/2007 09:33

What is it, how does it work?

honeyapple · 04/01/2007 09:43

From the ovulex website it looks like some mumbo jumbo 'herbal' remedy. Sorry, I'm a bit sceptical as NO ingredients are listed. Hopefully it's just some vitamins!

mysonsmummy · 04/01/2007 09:52

babylove - i dont see it as a waste of money - if it gives you hope and makes you feel better then it cant be. must add - i now nothing about it though. take care

rahrah1 · 04/01/2007 09:52

Yer me too, my consultant just told me to take pregnacare from boots for my vitamins.

babylove123 · 04/01/2007 13:22

Well i looked at it on loads of diff websites (they did have an ingredients list). Apparently its all herbal and helps to prepare your body for pregnancy. Makes you ovulate better, reduces stress hence giving you a better chance to conceive etc. I looked it up on a medical review site run by docs and they gave it 5 *'s and "highly recommended".

I've been taking sanatogen pro-natal for 6 months with no luck, cost me an arm and a leg!

Thought it was worth a shot.....

As long as it's not harmful and gives you more confidence them hopefully it will help.
Good luck

babylove123 · 04/01/2007 13:49

No, i made sure it wasnt harmful, i have actually heard of it before. If it doesnt work, im gonna go see a herbalist and see if she can give me anything

Hey londonlottie.

S'ok, i understand your comments. I'd like to add tho that their mumbo jumbo manipulative comments wash over me. I dont feel in-complete etc. If i'd been trying for yrs then prob they wld grind me down but im just trying it for me, i dont pin my hopes on things hence only buying 1 months supply. I'm willing to try anything and see. looked into accupuncture but far too expensive, looking into reflexology too.

I do believe in alternative rememdies as they have done wonders for me in other areas.

Let me see if i can find those sites......(have been to sleep since then tho!)
