Not sure if this is the right thread but here goes quite a few questions I can't really find answers to...

25th January had m/c at 11 weeks
Bled for one week then started again on 17th Feb and stopped on Sat 27th.Went to a&e as was a lot of blood and got treated for infection from the m/c. So could that be period or just from infection?
Sunday 28th Feb- egg white discharge similar to what I get when I've ovulated in the past. So could I be ovulating? Had sex Sunday night as we are ttc again.
Today (29th Feb) bleeding bright red blood only on tissue but quite a lot of it. What could be the explanation to that?

Hi Sophie

Your body is quite messed up after a m/c - at 11 weeks your hcg, oestrogen, progesterone will have been high and will take time for your body to get back into a regulated cycle. You get a real hormone crash about 5 days afterwards, and it will take time for things to get back to normal. It is possible you ovulated on the 28th but also possible you didn't - people do ovulate during periods (one reason for failure of the 'rhythm method.'

Main thing to do is to hang in there and don't push your body too hard. I got pregnant the month after a miscarriage so it is possible, but it's also possible it's not your month and things are still adjusting.
