I'm not too tired... Yep, I never planned to but I saved my fmu and then got a sudden urge to test it an hour ago.. Obviously a bfn.

I woke up really early this morning, felt so hot. Felt really sick and vomited x5... ! I feel drained. Think it's a bug but can't help but wonder although I know I'm really too early for morning sickness

How's everyone getting on?

I'm 100% out - haven't had sex all month (if there's ever a sure fire way to not get pregnant... haha) A mixture of being away for just over a week and a half, and having some catastrophic fights before I left, the stress of the home improvements we're having done has got to us!! Also DC1 hasn't been sleeping so one of us has been on the sofa most nights so the other one doesn't get woken my the baby monitor. Due on in about a week so no chance now.

I would have made more effort to force the matter but I really would prefer a 2017 baby so have just let it ride out and will start being more active with the trying in the next couple of months.

Did do some OPKs whilst away and it's really weird, I used to ov really early in my cycle just after my period but this time it was quite a lot later, about 8 or 9 days after AF finished. Wonder if having a baby changes your cycle? Haven't used OPKs since having DC1. Also wonder if it means my cycles will be longer, always used to be about 24 days so maybe if I ov on day 15ish then I'll be back to a 28 day cycle like I had when i was younger? bodies are weird aren't they!

Has anyone got any news? symptoms? fill me in on the gossip!

Hey ohno - sorry you didn't get to dtd this month but sounds like you've had a lot of stress on... I defo think having a baby interferes with cycle, I'm still breastfeeding (twice per day) and have noticed changes.

I definitely think AF on it's way, had cramps and checked my cervix and noted a tiny speck of brown on my finger. Pissed right off today now. What's worrying me is that my luteal phase is so short so thinking, with spotting, its likely my progesterone is low because I'm still breastfeeding. I know its only cycle 2 and I'm being a dick, but really pissed off today.

I think I'm out- having v light brown spotting and frer neg.
Bit worried as spotting 9dpo...? Worried I've got a luteal phase defect - might be cos I'm still breastfeeding I guess...

I had spotting from earlier than 9dpo when I was pregnant! In fact I was so fed up of spotting every month for about 3-4 days before AF and that particular month it started so early I booked a Dr appt, happened to do a test that morning and it was v v faint, and the Dr did a blood test to rule it out. Instead it confirmed it!

So don't give up hope yet!

ohno thanks for being positive! Do you remember what your spotting was like? I had the same last month which obv became af but never had it before ttc... Weird! Tmi alert - mine's brown, mucousy, tiny weeny bit on wiping only.

Well..... Af due today (11dpo) and still just mild brown spotting...
Both a frer and CB have shown faint pos lines within time limit. Theyre squinters, but DH agrees a faint line...
I'm still feeling I'm out. Have got a frer for fmu tomorrow. I just can't get excited, been a roller coaster week!

I may be mistaken but I thought that generally you get AF 14 days after ov, so if you're 11dpo you're not actually due on yet? Had a quick skim through the posts but couldn't see exactly what OPKs you're using but I vaguely remember you saying cheap amazon ones? So don't forget they give you an idea when you get the hormone surge but you might not actually ov until a couple of days later. Add 14 days onto that and you're still testing very very early.

My spotting was just like pre AF spotting, brown/pal pink when wiping only, couple of times a day. It stopped by the time AF was due. Also had AF type cramps and generally felt like I was about to come on any minute. So my bets are that you just ov'd a bit late, which means you're testing a bit too early to get a strong line, but that a good fat line will appear in the next days.

No news here. I must be due on this week I think, I'm really out of touch this month because I know there's nothing to look out for...

So... I'm pregnant.. Clearblue attached. I ovulated I think on day 17 and my period was due on Saturday... Still vv early days but v pleased!
