Reaped my earlier post didn't actually post I don't think but no excitement from me. I'm enjoying a cheese and meat feast, had a small glass of wine and felt squiffy (which was a sign last time) so I'm clinging desperately onto a small bit of hope despite ongoing bfns. Though I think deep down I know it's just pmt and a cold so should really be getting drunk with the rest of you

I had another bfn this morning and last time got my first squinter on 11 dpo so I think I'm going to finally have to admit defeat on this one and realise my imaginary symptoms are just pmt! Which I'm pleased with anyway because hopefully that means my body is back on track after the pill, I don't think I was ovulating until this month as I never really had a positive opk so at least if I'm back on track that's a start. I have to say though I'm quite surprised as I was so convinced, I'm sure I don't really get sore boobs normally. And I guess that means I am a little disappointed.

Feeling sad today. I was so sure that all was ok, id been feeling sick and seen a heartbeat. Just feel pissed off but trying to look forward. Couldn't sleep last night - was thinking about having to phone the hospital tomorrow and arranging scans and procedures around childcare and work. I dunno, guess I'm a bit all over the place.
Just chilling today, we just went to a little cafe place for brunch and now just relaxing whilst my dd naps.

Going to pee on one last stick tmrw which should be 12 dpo, got a positive on a frer at 12dpo last time. Then I'm going to admit defeat this month and get on with my life! Imaginary symptoms wise - still got sore boobs and cramping, tiredness and cranky, heartburn. No nausea anymore, that only lasted a couple of days. Pretty much know the answer but can keep the dream alive for one last night....

Bfn here. 12dpo and got a reasonably strong positive on 12dpo last time so I'm out. No more tests unless af is is late (due weds - I get spotting religiously 3 days before hand and not had any yet so maybe Thursday of my ov date was slightly out)

Mimi you're the only hope for us this month - when are you poas???

No ideas for the new month - tbh I'm tired of it already and I've barely started!! My husband works long hours and falls asleep on the sofa most nights so trying to get him to bed is an issue. Plus he snores badly so I actually prefer sleeping in a different room most of the time! Last month I was tactical and made the most of my son napping at the weekends but I'm not sure if my ov dates will cover a weekend this time. Sigh.

Plus if I'm not pregnant that means this pmt might happen every month - not ideal at all!!!

Who knew ttc is so complicated and so much work??? Aaargh. I will dash out to buy a test later ((if I can force myself to get out of bed))

News on the minty front is I am now CD12 and Ovia reckons I am starting my fertile window today, reaching a peak on Weds, Thurs and Friday so I've started with the poas opk now. Let the sexathon commence...... And oh yes, I did enjoy my thank you ladies, twas good.

So managed to get seen today at the early preg unit. They did another scan to confirm. The woman asked me if I wanted pics??! Wtf?? I'm prob being sensitive but don't u think that's a weird question when I was crying on the bed??
Anyhow's, I've booked for medical management on Friday which involves taking tablets and going into hospital for the morning. Had to ring and tell my boss but he was nice about it. Feel better now there's a plan in place!

ohno I think we'll start trying again when this is over. Dh really wants to and I know I'll be bk to bring neurotic next week!! Sorry you had a bfn. Maybe we're all destined to have successful pregnancies together next month!
Thanks mimi for saying about your friend with 4 kids. I've been worrying I might not have another successful pregnancy and I know I should be grateful for my dd but I want her to have a sibling. It was good to hear about her.

My 3 different apps why do I have three? say my fertile period is over different days , two say i'm coming to the end and other other Ovia bitch says i'm 2 days into it. But I've had lots of ewcm for about 3 days now and we dtd sunday morning & last night after dp's boxing session! I assume ewcm means I am fertile and if what everyone says about being uber-fertile after a chemical is true then fingers crossed! OPK had two dark lines this morning too.

Minty I find ovia a bit weird too, it's the only app I use so not sure how others differ for me but when I put in my ov day it didn't update my due on date and surely it should make it 14 days later? Plus that would have made my next cycle predicted at 24 days as my last two have been, instead it's predicting it at 27. I mostly use it to track dates etc rather than to predict and use opks instead.

Can't really be arsed with another sexathon and I think next ov date is when my parents are staying however next month would be my most ideal month to get preg for convenient due date/avoidance of certain events I am desperate for an excuse to get out of etc. Because we all know conception works to schedule, right? So think I'm going to have to suck it up, have a bikini wax and get on it so to speak

We are all falling apart - I've had a headache for two days too and have the most horrendous cramping even though af hasn't even started properly yet!

Mimi did you manage to persuade your husband to dtd? Actually thankful it's af week, my husband is being a dick. He too has a headache but obviously this means he gets away with doing sod all and I've just got in to find the remains of my sons tea all over the floor still. I woke him up from his nap on the sofa to ask him to clear it up and he started huffing that he's just woken up and doesn't want to hear it. Yes im perfectly well aware of the fact you've just woken up, sleep was in fact the exact problem!! He was asleep on the sofa when he was supposed to be parenting and as a result my son kept pressing buttons on his expensive electrical equipment. Usually I try and stop him but today I don't care if it breaks! (Can you tell I have pmt???)

Then when I was out someone asked if I'm pregnant again. Mortified doesn't even cover it - I know I've put on weight and have been feeling really down about it but that was the final straw. Must shape up so that when I am next actually pregnant instead of al these phantom symptoms and fat bellies , I will be in better shape!
