Can you advise me how to help?

I hope this is the right topic to post under, apologies if not.
My friend has been ttc for 8 months without success, they have had tests which indicate all is well.
I know 8 months is not such a long time really, and I know that been anxious and upset about it, doesn't help her conceive, but the fact is, she has been so desperate for a baby for so long. It doesn't help matters that my baby is 6m old, which must be really hard for her.
She is really low now and very unhappy about it.

Can anyone advise me what to say? I don't know what to say to her that doesn't sound puerile - she's heard it all before
And should I avoid mentioning what DS2 is doing, how he is etc? I thought it might make it worse if I did that, but it feels like I am rubbing her nose in it (we conceived in the first week of trying)

Thanks

has she tried charting/temping? Fertility Friend is an excellent website for this. I got pg second month of trying using charting, it led me to discover I was ovulating a few days later than I thought and therefore was bding at the wrong time.
