CD1 for me today and as I have quite long cycles, I will be missing February altogether.

trying and baby baby news around is painful. I know our time will come but we can't help but wish it was now!!yesterday an old friend visited and was all tears coz she is pregnant and doesn't want the baby.how I managed to keep my calm without choking her,I don't know .(she didn't know I am ttc and rather desperate at the moment)it seems everyone else gets pregnant eeish!!

We're excited but I'm getting married in December! We'd stopped trying and I was due to go buy my dress this week!

Worked out I was actually 10dpo yesterday so 11dpo today. BFN on a digi last night but still early. Going to do a frer this morning and see if I can get a doctors appointment if it's BFP I guess? Weird! Hope it is a sticky bean after all this stress.

Everyone else still trying, don't feel disheartened. Like I said we had given up and were actually trying to use FAM this month to avoid conception! Only DTD twice all month. Just goes to show it only takes once.

Queen how exciting! Congratulations on both counts so you could have a tiny baby at your wedding! Or will you postpone? (Am lurking on this thread as I've just realised if I get a BFN this month I will skip this bus completely due to my stupidly long cycles )

I know what you mean minilop I have long cycles too :( but this month could be the one for both of us!

Another faint positive today but do feel sick as a dog. Waiting for a doctor to call me back about a blood test. Baby would be 10 weeks at the wedding. Is that doable?

10 weeks would be doable - will hopefully sleep lots and you'll have LOADS of willing people to cuddle a gorgeous squishy newborn! Plus a nice corset and big dress to make you feel fabulous and boobs will have settled down by then if you're bfing. All good! Everything crossed!

I was going to ask - so you weren't trying?! Please tell more!!!! Maybe I need need to stop trying?!

I think it will have to be doable as you don't have much choice in the matter

Yeah we had stopped trying! In fact I was trying to use FAM to avoid conception and got my dates wrong. Wasn't taking prenatal sit using my preseed, no temping or frequent BD. Just DTD twice. Really weird!

Probably because the stress of trying was gone. Im sure thats my main problem. with DD i didnt try she was a surprise.

6dpo today and I have still been having strange tightening sensations in my stomach throughout the day and when I just went for a wee there was a very small amount of blood on the tissue afterwards...

Trying not to get hopeful....

10 or 11 dpo today and bfn this morning and just now (after holding for 4 hours). It's the first month it's really got me down. I have had a really bad day today and felt on the edge of tears a lot of the time. Probably pmt I guess. We didn't want to ttc next month as that would equal a December birthday which I don't think is a good time to have a birthday? Or am I being silly? Only thing that has cheered me up is reading that the a Amazon cheapy early tests are probably not early tests anymore and lots of people have been getting positives on clear blue before tjem. (Clear blue are only 25 miu and the Cheapies claim to be 10mii). I've just been reading recent reviews on Amazon and lots backing this theory up. Im clinging on to this hope. May do my last FRER tomorrow but I don't want to feel shit if it's bfn again.

Congrats Queen! I think 10 week old is perfect for a wedding, you'll be settled down but they will still be sleepy and transportable and you can even have a couple of drinks.

Shemozzle, I was bothered about the December birthday but to be honest I know lots of people who have December birthdays and I don't think they really mind.

I'm also on my 1st TTC, 4/5 dpo. I know it's hard but any early test risks bfn. I completely empathise and I feel like the days are crawling by til I am due to test. Why not try to find some distraction? Maybe plan to do something nice at the weekend?
I keep hoping so much that I'm pg but the chances of it happening first month is slim.

Shemozzle I'd leave it a few days and test again. I'm getting down about it too. I'm also with you but for November or December, but now I don't mind lol. If I were to have a baby in November I'd have that, then Xmas then DD birthday in January! But now I don't mind I just want a baby any month!! *

giraffes - I've already tested twice, haha. I am an absolute addict!!! It's almost 6am and I'm here whilst waiting for my alarm to go off and I've decided I'm not going to test today and I may actually hold out until Friday which is a whopping 10dpo

I don't have any weird tummy sensations this morning though...

Reading you guys POAS early is making me feel better about what I was like last month! According to FF I'm 6dpo today but im not convinced with my temps I had 3 spiked temps from cd9 in a row then two below the cover line now gone up above cover line again. I had lots of pain in my ovaries yesterday and the day before so thought ovulation pain but if ff isn't saying I over cd9 then it could be implantation?! First month temping driving me mad. It's suggesting my af will be the 27th and to test on the 2nd at 18dpo!

Anyone know anything about charts?

I can see your chart trying but can't add anything useful, sorry, I don't know anything about temping!!

Do you temp at the same time each day? You have a few open circles especially early on which suggests a bit of inconsistency. FF suggests you may haveo'd cd9 but looking at your temps I'm thinking cd14. Keep temping and it will probably give you new crosshairs. Do you have any other signs?
