Pregnant three weeks after miscarriage?! Could I be?!

HI all

I am brand new to this so forgive me if I sound stupid but I would LOVE some advice or shared stories.

I had a mmc on the 6th Jan - it was our 2nd miscarriage in six months after 18 months of struggling to get pregnant. I was utterly devastated but didn't want to lose any time so as soon as the bleeding stopped (about 2 weeks after surgery), we had sex twice.... and now six days later, I am getting all the pregnancy signs I had the last 2 x I have been pregnant. Bloated, smelly wee (sorry!), wind (sorry again!), aversion to booze (amazing, considering how low I have been!) and just that feeling.

Is this possible??! Any help would be amazing! I did an ovulation test shortly before we had sex and it was a strong positive but I know that could still be the HCG from the previous pregnancy.

I am crossing every limb possible that I am pregnant again. But I have NO idea if this is possible.

No one follows back on their stuff there would be a lot lets questions and forums out there if people just concluded what happened with them. Please can you state what happened in the end as a lot of people are going through this.

Hey my name is Alexis. I had a miscarriage at 5weeks on January 30th , I stop bleeding February 4th. My Partner and I didn’t waste no time February 6th we started trying again up until today. Lately I’ve been having the signs of pregnancy that I’ve had before I also feel this tingle feeling near my belly button. I still haven’t got my period yet after the miscarriage. Am I pregnant?

The only sign I’m not feeling is soreness to my breast.

Hi @Alexisb20. I haven'r had my cycle yet either after my miscarriage last month and I too am having symptoms. The best advice I can give is to wait. Your body may still have high hcg levels which may result in a false negative if you are trying to conceive. However, there may be a good chance that you are and if so, Congrats!

@Alexisb20 I had a miscarriage January 20th and my husband and I don't believe in birth control so I was waiting for my hormones to drop so I could try to convince again. My levels wouldn't drop, so out of fear that the miscarriage was incomplete they sent me off for ultrasound. 7 weeks 3days after my miscarriage I was confirmed by ultrasound to be 5 weeks 5 days along with a detectable heartbeat! Hope this helps.

Your story is very encouraging! I'm going through something similar. I love reading other women's experiences, it gives me so much hope after so many bad days
