OPK sticks

Silly question - I did a test yesterday and got 2 lines (so we did the deed) - anyway, am I right in thinking that I will only test positive for this once in my cycle? So basically I did the test today and I never got the 2 lines today on the stick. Sorry, 1st time using them. Any advice would be good x

it's only positive if the test line is as dark as the control line. This is the sign that you are about to ovulate. You can get faint lines around the same time or some women get them through their whole cycle. You should only get a positive opk once a cycle but again some women report having a positive opk for a few days in a row whereas other it only lasts a few hours. Everyone is different
