Hi. havent been on this board for a while. i have been trying for 19 months and have miscarried tripels in that time. some months we have really tried and others went with the flo.
anyway this month got a ovulation kit ( clearblue) and the line never came apart from one day and was really faint. so i decided that in jan i wuld go to docs and seek help etc. however around the time i was testing and should have been ovvulating we happened to have a horny weekend.
now middle of last week i got pneumonia and my dd a chest infection. been very poorly and lots of drugs and steriods etc. yesterday i noticed a smear of blood in my pants. now i know no one can tell me if that was an implantation bleed, but could you tell me your experiences? was it more, was it less did itlast for a while etc. due on xmas eve so would be a lovely surprise i i was. however not sure as i didnt ovulate according to the stick!!!!
sorry its so long. thanks

I had an implantation bleed when I was pg with ds, it was actually quite a heavy bleed and lasted for about a day, in fact I thought it was a period and didn't actually find out I was pregnant till two weeks later when I fainted etc ... coincided with tests I'd had that month to check hormone levels and they asked if I was on the pill ... but anyway I digress... the bleed was quite heavy but only lasted for a day.

Try not to worry about all the pills you've been taken as these can only affect your baby once the embrio has implanted and is feeding off your blood supply iykwim.

congrats - we too have been trying for 19 months and I too am due on on Christmas eve

Hi . Just to say I conceived dd3 when ovulation sticks signalled I'd not ovulated that month . Also, implantation bleed with dd1 was just a 'smudge', iyswim! Good luck!!
