Period due today and has not came. Negative test

I ovulated on Christmas Eve and I always have my period on 12dpo. Never later than this. I felt cramps since yesterday, no spotting or bleeding at all. Tested with boots own this morning and negative...... Any ideas?

Could be a slightly later than usual ovulation, slight change to your luteal phase, early pregnancy, chemical pregnancy and a few other reasons. There is at least a thread a week asking the same question which shows how common a thing it is. Give it a few days.
