miscarriage :(

i found out i was pregnant on the 27th of December 2015 but i started spotting with no pain the next day , i booked an appointment with my GP who referred me for an early scan.

I went for an early scan on the 2nd of January 2016 but nothing could be seen in my womb so a blood test was done to check HCG level then repeat another blood test after 48hours. I was told today that unfortunately my HCG level dropped from 128 down to 77 which means i have had a miscarriage which is very heartbreaking. Sometimes i am just hoping a miracle will happen and that my level will rise again but it seems impossible
I want to try again ASAP is there any advise i can obtain ?? I feel ready to try again but i am scare :(

Unfortunately I think the blood tests are quite reliable.

I've been there as well and it does get easier. Very sorry OP, it truly is a heartbreaking time.

Will it be easier to conceive? It took us almost a year to get this far, also i have PCOS and irregular cycle varies from 30-55 days ;(

We didn't try for a while but yes you usually are more fertile in the months after

Aw I'm sorry. I miscarried end of September '14 at about 7 weeks pregnant. I fell pregnant again in the middle of October with my DS who was born July 15. There was no problem conceiving straight away - the only problem is I had no period in between so dating was a bit tricky but no big deal. Try again when you're ready
