Early Pregnancy Symptoms!!

Hi guys, I'm new to Mumsnet - thought I best join considering everytime I googled for answers they came up on here ;)
What were your early pregnancy symptoms? My fiancé and I are TTC baby #1 and had implant removed early September. I ovulated on the 22nd (opks) and I now have really horrendously sore nipples and bad gas to the point it's impossible to hold in ;) I'm not testing yet, as it's too early

At 6 days DPO the embryo wouldn't have implanted yet and any significant symptoms would be unusual. The wind is probably Christmas food. You will analyse everything your body does when trying to conceive. I thought I was pregnant every month for 5 months until I actually was. Only symptoms was sore boobs and dizziness a few days before period.

I'm 19dpo (using ovulation tests) and now 5 days late for AF, I feel sick, bloated, headaches, sore nipples, I've been having some mild cramping pains aswell. I've used various tests with FMU and all been negative, I feel pregnant, feel the same as I did when I was pg with my son but I got a bfp straight away with him :/ so I have no idea what to think :(

Here's an idea, why don't you wait a little and test again in a few days? Nobody here is psychic and would be able to say over a message board if you're pregnant or not.

Ovulation tests only tell you that your body is gearing up for ovulation, they don't tell you if you actually ovulated. If you're getting negative pregnancy tests, you probably didn't ovulate when you think you did.

Sore boobs though I get sore boobs for a few days before my period anyway so assumed at first it was probably because of that. Also, cramps which felt like light period cramps. Other symptoms didn't really start until I was 7 weeks pregnant or so.

I had a few symptoms before my BFP. I had tender boobs from about 5dpo as well as the urge to pee nearly all the time. I also remember getting shooting pains in my boobs which felt like tiny little needles being forced into them.

Of course, none of this is ever definitive and all you can do really is wait and pee on a stick at 14dpo or later if you can manage!

Molliee92 I would ask to get this moved over to conception board you can do this by reporting your own post and stating you want it moved.

Why get it moved? Surely asking people who are already pregnant what their early symptoms were/are is better than asking people who aren't pregnant and are trying to conceive?

Because this is the pregnancy board and there's a separate conception board especially for these types of thread. Often very early symptoms are pretty much the same as PMT. Missed period is the obvious symptom and HcG levels aren't usually high enough to get a positive until at least a week after and yet still there's people posting the same threads of 'early symptoms' and 'am I pregnant' in the pregnancy section when the only thing that can tell you is POAS. Believe it or not, there is also women reading the threads in conception who have been pregnant before and can answer questions there.

Feel a bit sorry for you Molliee - you're just excited and have received a barrage of sarcasm! I was the same as you a few weeks ago as ttc first dc on cycle 1. However, I seem to have now adopted the view of wait and see as there is nothing i can do about it now (5 days to AF due!).

I was driving myself insane with symptom spotting and turning into a bit of a babyzilla then got a reality check on here like you have just got! Now, I can't be bothered. Mother nature is cruel making pms symptoms the same as pg.

My fx for you but don't bother testing early as it's just a waste of money and you will think it's false anyway! Distraction, distraction, distraction ...

mollie, I have to say I felt absolutely no different and there were no giveaways that a bfp was imminent. Previous months id analysed every twinge and turned out to be nothing, best to just hold out to test!

I have been feeling sick, bloated and tender boobs for the last 3 month (been ttc 7 months) and all it is, is my body getting used to having no hormones (contraception) put in it nearly every day. When women get these they often think it's pregnancy symptoms nearly every month Hmm
