ovulating after a miscarriage

Hi guys,

I had a miscarriage about a week ago and had a D&C 5 days ago. The bleeding has stopped and we are desperate to try again.

I've just done a pregnancy test to check the hormone and it's a very very faint line. The. I did an ovulation test and that showed I'm ovulating today.

Will this be the case do
You think? Or is there a chance it's reading the pregnancy hormone?

Do we just assume we are ovulating and try anyway? Xx

It sounds like it would be picking up the leftover HCG. Do you usually ovulate that early in your cycle? If you think of when you start bleeding at the start of the new cycle then hopefully you'll ovulate next week. Keep doing a pregnancy test every other day until you follow it down to negative.

Had D&C 3 weeks ago and I have a faint first response and flashing smiley on clearblue digital. I suspect it's left over hormones for me, but have been BDing every other day.
