Positive OPK negative HPT

Has anyone had experience of this and what was your outcome? I'm day 33 of my cycle not TTC, only dtd twice this month both with condoms.. Thanks

Delayed period and lots of worry as to what was going on but GP says does happen time to time and that positive OPK doesn't definitely mean ovulation but that your body is preparing for it. Progesterone level blood test 7 days before af is due.
