Hi! Me and DH are planning to start ttc imminently. I currently take a multivitamin every day, but I don't think it has folic acid in it, which I know you are supposed to take when ttc and during pregnancy.
The ingrediants are: Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B8, B9, B12, C, D3 et E (α-TE). Minerals: Calcium, chromium, iron, zinc, selenium, manganese, molybdenum, and copper. Is this safe to continue taking? Do I need to take folic acid on top, or switch to something completely different?
