Hi everybody heres my story been ttcbaby no 1since sept. I have long cycles typically 42days!Sad been with my partner 12yrs..just had af on monday so am out for this yr ..but positive thinking new year new luck..ne ladies in the same boat want to share support/stories x

I'm so sorry curly, that sounds really awful. Only thing I can think to suggest is you keep testing over next couple of days and see what happens. Good that you had bloods taken - hopefully that will show up as HCG shows up sooner in blood than wee. Fingers crossed for you Hun Flowers

Goodness curly how confusing! Some people have bleeds when PG and all fine so fx for you. Agree bloods should help clear things up s bit. Really sorry it sounds like such a stressful situation for you Flowers

Thanks soda and gin. EPU called and bloods were positive for pregnancy, so they are thinking ectopic. Have a scan booked for the morning so will know for sure then. Feel pleased I poas again now.

The 2WW is going sooooo slowly, got anymore symptoms yet ladies?

AH curly you poor thing, what a time you must be having. EPU tests are often not that sensitive so I would recommend taking another test with FMU but from a different brand - I use the Superdrug sensitive ones - they're 10MLu, if possible can you use FMU (catch it in a jug is necessary Hmm ) and test with one of them, if you get a + then call the EPU back and take the test in with you.

A scan at 5 weeks will show a pregnancy but before that it can be very difficult to see anything in there. However they should be able to advise you.

I have heard about pregnancy bleeds, I had one at 8 weeks and 12 weeks with my DD and both times I went rushing off to the EPU expecting the worst and everything was fine, sometimes the body does weird and wonderful things. when will you get the blood results back? HCG was 52, Progesterone was 26. I'm only 12 DPO, so no idea if its normal or not. Will take a wee with me tomorrow Wink

Curly I think our (as in women's) hcg levels are usually 5 or less when not pregnant. So at 52 that definitely shows an early pregnancy. I'm glad they will scan you tomorrow though so you can be more certain of what's happening. Big hugs, it's been such a roller coaster for you in just a few days Sad

Fingers crossed curly. I had a scan and hcg tests for abdo pain at 3w. Nothing on scan but the bloods showed my hcg was doubling every 48hrs (normal). Fingers crossed it's the same for you.
Mini we really are cycle buddies as I am now CD23 and no LH surge and no temp rise. Waiting to ovulate!

Fx everything works out k for you curly i was reading another womans story on this page same thing happened to her and the doctor called it a threatened pregnancy which sounds scary but the moral of the story is she had a little girl everything fine happy healthy baby x

Morning all. Thinking positive thoughts for you this morning, Curly I hope they don't find an ectopic and that you have a sticky bean where it should be!!

I'm 12 dpo today (based on ewcm only this cycle as decided not to do opk's and temping has rather gone out the window!) poas yesterday afternoon for no reason other than I haven't pee'd on anything for 2 months now!! BFN though not unexpected as wasn't fmu. We could be as we dtd 2 days before ewcm and then during and a couple of days after. AF not due for at least another 5-8 days (been having 30 day cycles but last one was only 27 and had HyCoSy done).

I hate the tww!!

Bfn with FMU today.

Because the VitB6 has changed my cycle this month, I've been opk-ing even after my +opk 8 days ago.

Last night the line was less faint than the day before and I'd read somewhere that it can strengthen with pregnancy too? So was a teeeeeny bit excited to POAS today.

But oh well.

I better keep opk-ing anyway in case it's a second surge starting.
