Hi everybody heres my story been ttcbaby no 1since sept. I have long cycles typically 42days! been with my partner 12yrs..just had af on monday so am out for this yr ..but positive thinking new year new luck..ne ladies in the same boat want to share support/stories x

CD9 today (we are CD twins first ). Been OPKing on Amazon cheapies every day and two days of not quite positives so DTD just in case it's gearing up for a surge soon. Who knows, going to try and DTD EOD if poss.

Hi guys sorry I've not posted for a while I've been on holiday for a week! How is everyone? Currently on my 2ww until 14th Jan! We went to New York and only dtd twice in the week we were there all the walking and shopping was so tiring!! 2 of them where in my ov peak supposedly to ovia so we shall see come 2 weeks! Hope everyone had a good Christmas and new year! Fx for all bfp and lots of pregnancy dust xxx

Hope everyone else is doing ok. I am still waiting to ovulate...thought it was going to be Christmas and it's now the longest cycle ever! Guess that first cycle of 28d I had last month was really misleading! Going to take forever to get PG if I have wacky and extra long cycles!

Chart attached! Did a lot of coughing through the night earlier in my cycle and my temps look pretty erratic!

curly definitely agree with the suggestions to go to the GP, and do not feel silly - you're reaction to be upset is completely completely normal

Nice chart soda I'd guess by your temp spike that you OV'd on CD16, which puts you at 14DPO today. I think FF has incorrectly guessed you only OV'd six days or so ago because of that second spike (the erratic temps because of your cold probably threw it out).

Can we please just take a moment to salute Soda for her dedication to the cause. I've never seen so much sex. I definitely need to up my game

gin I bet you ovulate first though! I'm aiming for DTD every other day too!

PS: My last two cycles have been 30 days (hooray! I had a spate of crazy ones - 39 days then 23 days) which means I'll probably be POAS again at the end of Jan so I'm going to stay here and straddle both Jan and Feb buses.

Ha ha, thanks mama!! Easier when you're not at work and when we don't already have kids I guess! When we eventually tell our parents I'm waiting for the penny to drop that it was probably conceived in one of their homes!

I wonder whether the second jump FF thought was OV could be implantation soda?
first here's hoping we both get nice early OVs (perfectly timed with lots of DTD of course) then two BFPs!

Haven't posted for a while because I've had nothing to say - CD24 and still no positive opk hoping that I've just missed it and it's not that I'm not ovulating. Will POAS on CD28 if AF hasn't arrived before then.

I've nothing to say either! CD23 so 6 days post ov (IF I actually did!). Too early to test.

Still using opks every day in case I get a second surge. Still taking my VB6 and my Magnesium. Still have sore boobs!

By God the TWW is boring though! Ugh.

For me, the festive drinking days are now over, and yesterday was my last day on the pill. Suspect this month is largely going to be just trying to get my cycle back to normal, but you never know....

I'm 7dpo and trying not to symptom spot...but I've had some "niggles" on the left side of my pelvic area. Not really pain, just some sort of feeling there sporadically Really hope it means something positive!

Hope time flies for those on the tww and there are BFP at the end for everyone.

I'm feeling confused and would appreciate opinions of you all don't mind. So AF is still in full flow, usual cramps, lots of bright red blood. Poas this morning and got a much darker BFP.

Saw GP who sent me to EPU. BFN at EPU (no surprise as not fmu & was very dilute). I felt like a right tit explaining I'm having normal AF with a BPN but I asked for some bloods anyway. EPU are saying it most likely was false positives but two in a row?

Good idea for bloods to be taken, that should clear up any uncertainty - but I'm a little at the EPU as I'm sure that false positives aren't common? Evaps sure but not false positives.

And definitely get referred for investigation, really odd how the hpt has got darker while you've got AF in full flow! Did they not offer an ultrasound at the EPU?

Thanks Celen I was also a little at the EPU. I used to work in a fertility clinic, many years ago and never heard of false positives, but may be tests have changed

Nurse said they don't offer scans with BFN as there's no indication for them. Has all felt quite surreal.
