Should I test or am I being super paranoid?

My ex has had a vasectomy. On the 1st October we slept together.

I was going away the week after so took the pill that delays your period for a few days as I was due on the 7th. I had a period on the 12th but it was odd, I had brown mucus for a week then a few days of red.

I haven't had a period this month. I usually come on around the 7th. I've had cramps since about the 3rd but no blood.

It's probably from me taking those pills last month isn't it? The delay?

I know I'm being paranoid because he's had the snip but I'm over 2 weeks late.

I guess there's only one way to find out - I would definitely test!

It is probably from taking that pill and your body is just recovering.

But yes, you do need to test just in case. Purely because if you wait for a period to turn up and it doesn't and you are pregnant, it's better to find out earlier rather than later.

How long ago was his surgery and has he had its success determined by negative SA tests?

If not it's possible you could be but it is equally possible that the norethisterone has messed about with your cycle.
