am i pregnant?

my ovulation date was 17th this month on tuesday.
ive had spotting start yesterday and abit today, had cramps in my stomach.
out of concern i did another ovulation test and im still testing positive.

pregnancy tests showing negative, but is it to early to test?

It's way to early to test. It's called the two week window, you'll just have to wait it out unfortunately. And have more sex as you're still fertile?!

How strongly did you show on your ovulation test? Was the test line the same shade or darker than the control line?

Ovulation tests differ from pregnancy tests in that you get darkening lines until it is the same colour or darker than the control line then it disappears. If the line on the 17th wasn't darker it might mean you didn't ovulate then but later in your cycle.
