I was wondering if someone could take a look at my chart. does it look normal for where I am why is there a dashed blue line ?

Hi. It's only got the dashed line because you missed a temp yesterday. So it kind of joins the dots. It's hard to comment on the rest without seeing the full cycle. Iv found temping doesn't really tell you where you are, until after you have OV'd. So it's only really useful after a few months once you know pattern. And to confirm you have OV'd. If you want to predict upcoming OV I would look at CM and or do OPKs. Keep going. Good luck x
