I have an average of 33 day cycle.

What day do I ovulate?

Is it 14 days before next period is due?
Or is that only for women that have 28 day cycle?

You really need to start either temping or using ovulation tests (or both and watch your CM). In general you do ov around 14-16 days before your period is due, but this can vary.
