How long for fertility return after implant?

Got my third implant about 8 months ago.

Had first one in after my DS's birth, it was out about a year before we TTC for DD, after which I got another one in. Toward the end my periods began to return. Current one was inserted as the second was removed so no break.

Each of my children were conceived within a month, but I've put on about 3st in weight since then , also with a different partner now who has only one working testicle.

So all this coupled together makes me worried about our fertility. Current plan is to have Implant out one month before actually TTC, but do I need to give myself longer for fertility to re-establish?

I have just booked in to have my implant removed next week, Dr said it will take a couple hours to clear my system

Mine cleared very quickly, I ovulated the same month it was taken out.

It took six months for me to get a positive OPK.

Apparently fertility returns straight away though

I was pregnant within a couple of weeks of my last one coming out.
