Starting the boarding for the December Bus...

My history if anyone is interested:-

DS1 in October 2012. Started ttc for dc2 last September. Got BFP in the November but MC'd at 5 weeks.
Fast forward to July, got another bfp. Started bleeding on August Bank Holiday weekend and found out we had MMC at 11 weeks. Had ERPC a week later. 5 weeks later after still getting positive hpts, found out the ERPC had been completely unsuccessful and had to have whole bloody procedure again.

Anyway. Now got my first proper period after all the above bullshit and hoping for bfp on or before the 18th December

So, Xmas eve/Xmas day testing buddies are nene, first, fuzzy and poss shemozzle? Any other takers? Will be nice to know I'm not the only one waking up on Xmas day hoping Santa has brought me a line on a pissy stick.

I am also due to test on Xmas day - AF due then or Boxing day. Not very festive.......I finally coughed up dirty cash to pay for VIP Fertility Friend. I'm not exactly sure what extra value I'm getting but I suppose it's a bit more specific about information regarding cycles, OV dates, etc.

Good luck to all of us testing in a fortnight 😊 I hope a good number of us - in fact ALL of us!!!! - get our much longer for bfp!!! Ovia now says I'm in the luteal phase. My temperature went up half a degree from yesterday, but I've been surrounded by lurgy so I think I'll be succumbing to it myself. Ugh. Perfect timing. Let the crazy symptom spotting begin!

I am DTD out as well. We really went for it this cycle, which was just as well as a positive opk turned up two days earlier than expected. At least I feel that we have done everything we can and now I just have to try and stop myself getting too optimistic and symptom spotting all the time.

Although now I have been having side twinges and am worrying that I got my ovulation day wrong, especially since I wasn't expecting to get a positive opk on the day that I did.

I'm already driving myself a little crazy. I'm 2dpo or maybe only 1dpo... I wish trying for a baby wasn't so unpredictable or irrational. There's no guarantees and my ocd desire for an orderly logical world is going mental!

i keep telling myself it's only my first month trying so it's highly unlikely to succeed as I'm old, overweight, never been pregnant and I have endometriosis and probably a short luteal phase. Ugh. I've gif progesterone cream that I'm toying with using from tomorrow (2-3dpo) to see if it helps. Apparently it can't hurt.

Fuzzy Ovia told me my ovulation day would be today-18th at first. But then I got loads of ewcm at the weekend and a positive opk late Sunday night so it changed to Monday or yesterday. So it can change I think based on your other signs too. It actually gives me a "normal" luteal phase this cycle now which hardly ever happens. I'm going to run with it though. My temps, the opk and the ewcm can't all be wrong at the same time?

We can sit in the crazy corner together then Snowdog. I am also old, have endometriosis and a LP of 9 or 10 days. My BMI is normal and I do have a child or a baby to be more accurate (but I know that time is not on my side so decided against going on any contraception after my DC was born). I got positive opks on Friday, Saturday and Sunday (I always get them for three days) and based on my last pregnancy, I appear to ovulate three days after the first positive. Based on that, I should have ovulated on Monday but I just drive myself crazy trying to figure out exactly what my body does. I wish I could order a healthy pregnancy online and have it delivered without any problems!

Hi all. Checking in after being away for a little while but just had a quick scroll down the thread. Add me to the POASFS brigade. I'll be cd42 on 25th... There is a possibility that I might cave on 23/24 though if AF not arrived so I know if I can get pissed for Santa instead of pissing for Santa IYSWIM!
