All we want for Christmas is our BFP! All aboard the December Bus...

Starting the boarding for the December Bus...

My history if anyone is interested:-

DS1 in October 2012. Started ttc for dc2 last September. Got BFP in the November but MC'd at 5 weeks.
Fast forward to July, got another bfp. Started bleeding on August Bank Holiday weekend and found out we had MMC at 11 weeks. Had ERPC a week later. 5 weeks later after still getting positive hpts, found out the ERPC had been completely unsuccessful and had to have whole bloody procedure again.

Anyway. Now got my first proper period after all the above bullshit and hoping for bfp on or before the 18th December

Oh no hanste I'm sorry. Has AF arrived or did you just test? You're not out for sure if no AF!

My DH is pretty good in fairness but he works really long hours and gets quite stressed out which I don't think helps. He's been telling me off this month about getting obsessed which is totally true which is why I haven't tested yet. I promised him!

kiwi I think I see something - fingers crossed for tomorrow!

fineknacks sorry for Af. That does sound like a very short LP. Do you use OPKs or temping to confirm ovulation? If not you probably ovulated before you thought. Hope next month is your month.

mamaneeds I tend to get sore boobs after ovulation but pain has gone by AF. This month they haven't been sore and now just feel full and heavy.

If AF stays away today I'll be testing tomorrow morning at 15dpo. desperately trying not to get hopes up and failing miserably

Thanks Sheep & Celen I hope so too, makes me feel slightly more sane that others can see something!

The only "symptom" that I've had is despite otherwise clear skin I always get a horrendous big red spot on a particular bit of my cheek on the day AF is due, except when I was PG last when my whole side of face got covered in similar horrendous spots about 4 days before BFP (as it is now, but maybe I'm just in for a really bad period). Bit of a weird unconventional one, I know.

A more conventional one would be my dreams, last BFP I knew before I POAS because I had very vivid crazy dreams. Last night I had very vivid dreams about going on a ferry but having to be strapped into an ''oscellating sosselot'', which was a cylinder you'd get strung up on by the wrists and pokey things would go in your eyes to keep them open and you'd get spun around the whole journey. Feel a bit concerned by that still...

Last BFP I still got faint positives right up to CD36 so here hoping. Never got morning sickness either, but I sort of hope I do next time, purely so I know my HCG levels are high enough to sustain a pregnancy Sad .

Hi Celen, he only takes the vitamins if I bring it to him with a drink, he wouldn't otherwise. But at least it's something right? The problem is he was such a health freak when I met him, he used to do Triathlons! So he knows how important food and diet is, plus he was the one that suggested we start trying for a baby not long after we got together because he is 41 and he didn't want to be too much older. I will be fair to him with his diet and exercise, our life is so hectic at the mo that there is no time for it really (living in a derelict house that we are doing up, have a puppy and work is stressful too). But starting a family is THe most important thing that any of us will do, and I just wish he tried a little harder to help us achieve it. He thinks I get too stressed about it, but u think its natural to be looking out for AF or PG signs each month, it's not something I can stop doing. Oh well, he's promised that new year will be different... How is it hung with your DH? Does he take the vitamins? What's his thoughts on all this? X

Hi sodasoda, yeah AF came literally straight after I tested (it always does that). TBH it was a bit of a relief knowing one way or another because I was obsessing. Now I can have chocolate and wine and all the bad things 😊 that's ok right? I always allow myself naughty treats when my PG comes, so it's not so bad 😊. Has your AF come yet, fingers crossed for you!!! Now, speaking of wine.... (I have a day off today 🎉)

Currently 17dpo, still no AF. Luckily my internet cheapies arrived today so I can waste my time by testing again.

I'm not sure how it's hung makes a difference to getting pregnant! Wink

My DH moans about taking them but if I nag, he does take them.

Queen I'm right behind you - still no AF and FRER negative for me this morning. So annoying - 14 DPO now I think (maybe 15). If I ovulated this late I have no chance of being pregnant Angry - maybe shows the importance of regular DTD rather than timed for me. Hope something shows up on you cheapies.

Mine actually asked me to buy said vitamins - yet hasn't taken any. No idea...

Now it the dreaded two week wait (I think...)

Because of the EWCM debacle of earlier in the month, Ovia is recommending I test on Monday but still saying AF is due next Saturday. Money is tight at the moment so I guess I should just wait and see if AF is late. Sigh.

Well af arrived this morning and I can't believe I'm so happy about it Grin 2 days later than expected, but it means that dh will make it home from Indonesia just before my ov days and we have a proper chance at it for once yay!!
