Im literally in tears iv been trying to concieve well over a year never thought it would happen im actually 47 days late for af due in september im 5 days from missing my third af and just got this.... only problem is i have no idea when i concieved x

Looks good to me, though I don't really get what you meant about the September AF- is it that you only get periods every few months usually??

I have regular periods but missed september and octobers period had BFN called the doctors they told me to wait. I finally got an appointment for 26th november. But just done this test 5 days before novembers period is due and got bfp. Not 100% what month iconcieved

That's wonderful news. All going well they should be able to give you a dating scan to figure out your dates. I think for some women the urine HCG doesn't register as early as others for some reason.
