So recent blood tests I asked for because of my worry about how long we have been trying to convince have shown I appear to have a folic acid deficiency, again. The gp prescribed folic acid however iv read that it can mask a b12 deficiency which can cause temporary infertility so I went with the seven seas b complex and folic acid. Which am I best taking? Is the b complex going to make much difference? I tend to have a short luteal phase too, is the b complex likely to help with that?
Sorry for all the questions I'm just baffled by all the different choices, and right now it's the only thing iv got to cling onto the hope of conceiving! Smile

I'm on both folic acid and b complex. I'm hoping the b complex will regulate my hormones and lengthen my cycle! Top tip bout the vit b complex i take it last thing at night as it made me feel a bit pukey first thing! Happy ttcing x

I guess that's what I'm hoping, maybe I'll stick with the b complex ones then Smile thanks hilzypop

I've recently started taking B Complex Vitamins because it can, hopefully, improve my AMH levels as it can apparently help. When I spoke to my GP about it last week he said it won't do me any harm and might make a difference.
